Pearl Haven Christian Center is a unique non-denominational Church in Mbale municipality. A place of rest where people come and experiance the grace of God as they participate in exuberant worship and learn the Principles of Christianity, and are prepared for the work of ministry.
Our mission: Every one has the divine right to hear the great news of Jesus the son of God, to be presented with the opportunity to receive and benefit of the promised salvation and ensuing eternal life.
Pastor Wilberforce and Sarah Okumu stepped out in faith to fulfill the call God placed on their lives, and He has blessed this ministry tremendously. We have grown from a home fellowship with a handful of members in Mbale to a fellowship of several hundreds.
We are currently constructing a 2000+ seat sanctuary at Pearl Haven that will also house the main offices of Living Water Ministries Uganda as well as a cafeteria and resource center/library.
Pearl Haven Christian Center - Vision
 Provide and be a place of rest and refuge for people who are coming from a rough and hurting world by ministering the love and power of God through Jesus Christ.
To give believers an opportunity to participate in serving God (the things of God)
To be a model Church of Christ in the present age by insisting on being bible based and Holy Spirit led.
To be a base for the ongoing work of evangelism by having believers provide for and give themselves to missions.
God is no respecter of persons. What He is doing here at Pearl Haven Christian Center is His desire for the Church globally. And God is able to do "exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power [faith] that worketh in us" (Ephesians 3:20).
